Certidão Permanente de Empresa (Permanent Company Certificate)
Obtain the Permanent Certificate for your company online. A digital document that replaces the paper commercial certificate and is accepted by all public and private entities.
What you need before you start
- Company NIPC (Corporate Tax Identification Number / Número de Identificação de Pessoa Coletiva)
- Cartão de Cidadão (Citizen Card) or Chave Móvel Digital of the legal representative
- Annual fee payment (online by ATM or card)
Step by step
Go to www.certidaopermanente.pt
Click 'Pedir Certidão Permanente' (Request Permanent Certificate)
Authenticate with CMD or Cartão de Cidadão
Enter the company's NIPC
Select the type of certificate required
Pay the fee by ATM or card
The certificate is available online immediately after payment
Use the access code to view or share with third parties
