Step by step
Go to siga.marcacaodeatendimento.pt
Select the type of service (Social Security, IRN, Loja do Cidadão, etc.)
Choose the district, municipality and preferred service location
Select the specific matter/service you need to address
Choose an available date and time from the calendar
Fill in your personal details and contacts
Confirm the booking — you receive an email and SMS confirmation
Go to the location on the scheduled date and time with the necessary documentation
