Vacinação e Boletim de Vacinas (Vaccination and Vaccine Record)
Check your digital vaccine record, see which vaccines are missing and find out where to get the vaccines in the National Vaccination Programme (PNV).
What you need before you start
- Health User Number (Número de Utente de Saúde / SNS)
- Cartão de Cidadão (Citizen Card) or Chave Móvel Digital (for online consultation)
- Be registered at a Health Centre
Step by step
Go to the SNS 24 app or website and authenticate
In the personal area, select 'Vacinação' (Vaccination) or 'Boletim de Vacinas' (Vaccine Record)
Check the vaccines already administered and those that are missing
To get a PNV vaccine: go to your Health Centre
Some vaccines require prior scheduling (e.g. flu, COVID-19)
Bring your Citizen Card and physical vaccine booklet (if you have one)
After vaccination, the record is updated automatically in the digital system
The digital vaccination certificate can be checked on the SNS 24 app or MySNS Carteira
