It depends on the request. Simple renewals can move faster, while exchanges, endorsements and requests needing medical validation may take much longer.
Fees vary according to the licence category, renewal type, urgency level or any related vehicle document involved in the request.

Can every driving licence procedure be done online?
No. Some steps can start online, but certain procedures still require in-person validation, medical evidence or additional stages.
Does the portal immediately provide the final document?
Not always. In many cases the portal mainly shows the case status while the final issue still follows IMT's internal processing timeline.
