- Cartão de Cidadão（公民卡）或 Chave Móvel Digital

分步指南
访问 www.sns24.gov.pt 或下载SNS 24应用程序
在个人区域点击 'Iniciar Sessão'（登录）
使用Cartão de Cidadão、CMD或Número de Utente进行身份验证
预约就诊：点击 'Consultas' → 'Marcar Consulta'（预约）
选择就诊类型（家庭医生、远程问诊等）
选择可用的日期和时间
确认预约并保存回执
申请病假：进入 'Documentos' → 'Declarações de doença'（疾病证明）
