通过税务局（Autoridade Tributária）官方门户提交IRS（个人所得税）、查询税务债务、缴纳税款并查看您的税务状况。
开始前您需要准备
- NIF（Número de Identificação Fiscal — 税务识别号）
- Portal das Finanças 登录密码
- 或 Chave Móvel Digital（CMD — 数字移动密钥）
- 或 Cartão de Cidadão（公民卡）配合读卡器
分步指南
访问 www.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt
点击右上角的 'Autenticar'（登录）
输入NIF和登录密码（或使用CMD）
在主菜单中选择所需区域（例如：'Cidadãos' — 公民）
提交IRS：点击 'IRS'，然后点击 'Entregar Declaração'（提交申报）
验证预填数据或进行必要修改

Portal access is immediate after sign-in. IRS submissions are normally confirmed right after you submit them.
There is no fee to access the portal itself. Any amount due depends on the tax, fine or filing obligation involved.
- Submitting for the wrong tax year or accepting pre-filled IRS data without reviewing it.
- Leaving the portal without saving the submission or payment receipt.
- Trying an outdated password when Digital Mobile Key already works for your account.
Can I sign in with Digital Mobile Key?
Yes. Portal das Financas accepts CMD, and for many users it is the fastest way to log in without relying on an older password.
Is automatic IRS safe to approve without checking?
No. Always review dependants, deductions, bank details and the selected tax regime before confirming the declaration.
